Let the sun shine!

Chilling at one of my favourite terrence this Saturday, drinking yummy sangria blanca and hanging out with long-time-no-see friend. Everything seems great.

The weather in Hong Kong this week are driving me nuts. foggy and cloudy are really not my favorite days to do anything, let along going out.

But the spring is here! I had such a good time hanging out under the lovely sun and chatting up on life, gossip and current affairs. We make fun of the candidates who are trying to get elected and run Hong Kong; we make jokes about wealthy people on their high maintenance supplies, and we laugh at people who think they are smarter then they really are.

It's good to be small potatoes. At least you can say whatever you want, whenever you feel like. Absolute freedom :)

It's getting serious

WSET- Wine & Spirit Education Trust is an International Wine Course from the UK offers certified coursework in wine and spirit worldwide. I, with interest in the delight of wine appreciation, certainly take the course regardless ;)

Level 1 was not intense at all, in fat it was quiet leisurely. The room setting was nice with ISO glasses infront of us and I was surrounded by collections that half of the bottles are older then I am. Respect there.

It was a Sunday well spent. Food & wine pairing come at last and I do have some surprise to joind hands of Lays Chips and Sparkling wine- dinning should be as fun as this!

Taste of memories

I have only spent few days in Paris last year, and have not yet established a strong bond with the city. However, I have tasted the most unforgettable wine in my life so far.

Perhaps it's not the wine, perhaps it's just me being perfectly content. That explains why I don't remember the exact taste of the wine but I remembered how I felt that night, at the restaurant in Paris.

Got what it takes?

Have been lazy in updating my blog, but I do miss this spot, it's the only place I allow myself to be...... myself, so I wish not a lot people read it, cause that makes me nervous ;)

I enjoys writing bilingually (or trilingual sometimes), just because I can :) Really appreciate the freedom this place have given me on my weird thoughts and random emotions. So my apology if you can only read one of the languages I write, but hey- Google translate will always be there for you.

So what happened recently?

Oh Valentines Day! I have one of the greatest Valentines Day ever, not because I got a great date and received some overpriced flowers and chocolates. I have spent a night with some great people. The brain storming of our dreams are exciting, the determination to strive for what we want in life, was amazing. Talking to people who are intelligent, inspired and happy are just simply awesome.

People who proceed without knowing the darkness of reality, are naive.

People who stopped after experienced that murk of reality, are practical.

People who keep going despite the ugliness, are brave.

Yes We Can- and I'm not only saying this.
