There is such thing as Free Lunch in this world.
A journalist from Phenix TV had launch the "Free Lunch" program in 77 schools of rural China and feed children that their family are not able to provide them with nutritious meal.
This all start in an encounter with a rural school teacher in an event and he heard about the problem about school lunch and he asked "What can I do to help?"
So he did. And he also raised over RMB 1.6 billion in less then 6 months.
His vision for this program is to push for government attention; but before that, they can give a little hand.
That should be the spirit of development.
