The past week of "responsible consumption" was difficult, and I gave in few times, just 'cause I really felt like having the Christmas Special Mint Mocha from Starbucks. But I realized that one thing is true- no matter how hard it looks like, if you give it a try, things can be do-able. Just as crazy thoughts like not shopping at big corporate malls and not dinning in chain restaurants.
Spend local, think global.

My brother left for Seattle yesterday, the journey he is about to depart was definitely not an easy one, but it will be worth it. I still remember the day I left Hong Kong to begin my study abroad. From that day on, I was never the same person I used to be, and it opens my eyes to a whole new horizon. I really wish he can be the same.
